The Mills offers a wide range of spaces for design, manufacturing, assembling and storage of sets for the entertainment industry.

We have multiple loading docks that can accommodate 53’ trailers and large freight elevators to help facilitate the moving and storing of your equipment.

From small studio space to large units, our flexible layouts allow for set designers to build and store their stages and film equipment – during or after filming, and is available for short- or long-term rental.

PROP RENTAL

The Mills roster of in-house tenants offer an array of services for film productions, including two prop houses - specializing in Asian furniture, art & antiques and the other bronze garden statuary & fountains – with over 10,000 items, available for rent and purchase.
